Oyster Bay was founded in 2009 by husband and wife team Steven and Jo Green. Combining Steven’s years of experience designing and preparing Gulf Coast-inspired cuisine and Jo’s extensive experience designing and running restaurants, the Greens opened the flagship O’Shucks concept restaurant in Loganville, Georgia in 2011. Striving to offer fresh seafood paired with great service in an inviting and casual coastal atmosphere, O’Shucks expanded to Winder in 2015 and our new location will be opening early in 2020 in Madeira Beach, Florida! We look forward to serving and growing with our customers and providing great quality seafood in a fun atmosphere! We would love to add new owner/operators to our team as we grow!
