Oyster Bay was founded in 2009 by  Steven Green.  With years of experience designing and preparing Gulf Coast-inspired cuisine, Steve built the brand around fresh seafood, great service, and a welcoming, coastal atmosphere.

In 2011, he opened the Flagship O’Shucks location in  Loganville, Georgia. Driven by his passion and hands-on approach to restaurant operations, Steve expanded O'Shucks to Winder in 2015, continuing to grow the concept and serve more communities.

 

Steve's vision has always been to provide high-quality seafood in a fun, casual environment while building lasting relationships with his guests. As the brand continues to grow, we remain committed to maintaining the standards and experiences that have defined Oyster Bay & O'Shucks from the beginning.
